How to access your show.
- Create an account or log in to your existing account using the same email you purchased your tickets with by visiting watch.mandolin.com
Ensure that you use the same email to create an account as you did you purchased your tickets. Misspelling your email address when signing up will result in your show not appearing in your account.
- Once you've logged in, you will automatically be directed to the "My Shows" page where you will see your show.
- Click "Watch Show"
- You will be directed to the show page where you will be able to view your show.
- Enjoy the music!
I still don't see my tickets when I log in to my account.
- Double-check that the email you used to sign in to the show is the same email that you claimed your ticket with. You can only access the show by using that email address.
- If you look in the top-right corner of the account page, you will see your name and email address. If the email address does not match the email you used for purchase, you will need to sign out and then sign back in using the correct email address.
